Cant find the quest quotNew Mequot
For Tot's Know-how at level 60, you have to complete the New Me. Well, I can't seem to find it. Sabitrama is supposed to have it, but he doesn't. Any help?

I checked there, but it doesnt appear. Is there a level cap?
