Affected by the Frederick bug

For those affected by the Frederick bug where you lost potential/stars on items, are you able to play the game yet? I was and I still cant get past the channel menu. Not sure if its just me or Nexon still hasnt fixed the issue. Thanks

Nexon has not fixed the issue and here is where you should post your complaint and query other than sending a ticket to NEXON directly.
