Finding a gaming laptop [Locked the old thread that I mistakenly put in the chat section] My current excuse for a laptop isn't cut out for much besides N64 emulators and watching videos. Games lag the crap out of me. Are there any good ones for no more than $1000? The only thing I've ever really looked for in a laptop was screen size, presence of a number pad, and hard drive space (for all those videos I watch ._.). I suppose RAM/processor/graphics is necessary but I know virtually nothing except that my current laptop has 1ghz (AMD dual-core processor C-50) and a sort-of-bad graphics card (AMD radeon HD 6250). Logitech controller for Dolphin? I can't decide whether to buy a logitech controller both for Dolphin and any future computer games I may play, or just a gamecube-to-USB adapter for one gamecube controller. The adapter would be slightly cheaper.
