Slapped in the face by Nexon

Hi,
I submitted a ticket a while ago where i asked Nexon why i could not charge NX through PayPal. It was my first time ever attempting to buy NX through paypal and i recieved an error message that told me the verificationprocess had failed or something. I just now noticed that they had closed it but the response i got was just really lame. In total i've waited way more than half a year only to recieve this: [url=http://imgur.com/tegLdqD]Nexon in a nutshell for you.[/url]
'As part of our initiative to provide you with better customer support, we will be closing this ticket.' What?

I've just had this feeling for years that Nexon reaally hates Europeans.

As part of their effort to clear up the huge backlog of tickets that have clogged the ticketing system, Nexon Customer Support has been just closing very old tickets without trying to solve whatever the issues are that left them open for so long.

You could try sending another ticket about the issue, just don't reference the fact that you had a similar ticket earlier.

As far as your original problem it may be related to your European IP address, as you referenced being European.
You may find you have to use a different payment processor because Paypal has been a source of tremendous fraud for Nexon and they're restrictive about accepting it now.
Try "Pay by Cash" for your country.

That's a slap?

My old account was hijacked and was used as a hacking mule while I was gone on a Maplestory break.

Nexon did zip to help me recover or even get my account unbanned. Nexon is terrible when it comes to support.

Use IE for the purchases, its stupid but for some reason there are errors with firefox and chrome.

Yes. They literally e-mailed me back 1 day later saying:

'Greetings,

Please try to charge again. Let us know if you have any issues.

--Nexon America Billing Department'

And it's been fine ever since.

That would be wonderful *_* Every time i file a ticket it takes on avarage six months to recieve a reply.
