100% Yes. Anyone that says they can't are intellectually ignorant. I did it to save money on making my empress overalls... which are still a work in progress. You can put the empress gear on, scroll it, if it doesn't work, get another, scroll, if it doesn't work, fuse em, scroll, if that doesn't work, buy one more, scroll, if that doesn't work, fuse, repeat until you get what you want. Also, wear them before fusing, that way you get the 100 charm, the charm resets after each fuse.
