Should I get TT? Revamp involved
Should I get triple throw?
The mastery books are so expensive >.< and I don't have the money to be wasting on books if later on the skill will become obsolete.
I'm level 139 now
I have 20 SP Points saved because I was planning on using them for Triple Throw
but if Quad-Throw requires money for a mastery book then I'm thinking I might still need it.
I don't know >.< what should I do?

Go on a zrun, and get triple throw 10. DO NOT BUY TRIPLE THROW 20 OR 30! If you wish, look for them yourself. You may even find something worth it while you're looking.

In bossing guilds, will people give you the skill book if you haven't completed prequests?
There's no specific timeline in GMS for that, but expect it to be at least a few months from it's debut in KMS.
When is the revamp going to happen anyways?
Who knows when it's coming to GMS. Might as well get it to get a bit of extra damage while you can.
I'd wait, there's absolutely NO guarantee anything will convert.
Even if Quad Throw ends up being hard to get early on, you'll have Triple Throw by default then anyway and STILL be stronger than now, just wait it out.
QT max level is 10. If it's 20, questline gives you the book (untradable). Problem solved
Join a guild that bosses. If TT gets converted into QT, then when the patch comes QT's Skillbook will be really expensive.
You should get it cause the revamp is probably coming in 6months
and QT skill book is gonna be rare the first few weeks just like pb
so just go get a TT since its gonna get transferred right into QT once revamp hits
Just boss to get it IMO, go with guildies/friends. as stated Zak isn't hard these days
