is showa town glitched? so ive tried several times fighting monsters around showa town, u know the maps with the little dudes walking around, and everytime i attack one of them the map freezez and then i am disconnected.. i am able to do pqs and walk arouind town, etc.. just seems to be issues at the maps next to showa town, can anyone confirm?

About monster cards Is there a certain level above you that a monster has to be for you to not be able to get their card. I'm level 73 and have been trying to get a red porkey (level 77)card for like an hour now but it hasn't dropped.
