I guess I was off on prices but 3% str seems an awfully small amount for 100mil. I swear last time I had to buy them it was around 10-15mil for 3% gear... but I guess prices changed.

Well in Windia 3% top + bottom sell for 50m+ only because they are rare o.o

@eswarrr: Well it's partly out of laziness to be honest. I just don't want to be bothered with taking the time and effort to sell items lol.
with 100 M, i can fuse a unique NPC pants <.< use alchemy instead and try to get an epic bottom with 4% str.

lol I feel bad for Cthulhusama now, cause hes being underpricing his 3% str equips while everyone else is selling at a standard price

Alright thanks guys How about prices of 6% Str capes?
3% is so easy to get. Don't spend more than ~10mil on 3% str bottoms.
I'd say buy it for a few mil. Nothing special. </3
