5 enhances and the potential is trash. Is it worth it meso-wise? I plan on reselling the dagger.

Keep it since you can use it for all classes <3
Do it then use the 2b to buy cubes and make the blood dagger have good potential, then you just ended up with a better dagger for free, or maybe you even made some money by not using all of the 2b on cubes.
