You cannot get in game and close window anymore (they patched that because I released the exploit to the public), but you can still start the game, intentionally lose, and it will still count as a run.

You do this:
Go on a character that has accepted star planet daily quests
Go to Rock paper scissors
Get through 10 games real quick (don't win)
220 RP in minutes.
Go on a different character and do exactly the same thing
Then do it again on another character.
Rinse and repeat.

i got 150rp for winning one game of star one card but that's pretty uncommon. if you're good at the game it's probably not much of a nerf and u can still collect rp at a decent rate. The amount of rp you get depends on length of time played, your current rank, and others players rank, so it's not completely random.
fastest you say. I hear that the length of the game now affects how much reward point you get now. So i suppose even one card would be slow. (from my experience, you better play well. I got 15 rp for 3 minute long uno after placing 4th). The new mini game takes a while, but its pretty fun andyou pretty much always get >80 rp
No other way I think.
I'd like to know this too, all i do is one card lol i havent found anything that seems to be better
