Which is the most expensive stat at the moment?
I mean in terms of stats of gear, which would cost more if it were all the same piece of equipment but the stats or potential are different?
For example, I have many super old Tempest items that have 6% DEX/LUK/INT potentials on them, but not a single STR% item. Would it be fair to trade item for item? or would one be more expensive than the other?

Yeah the cannon jump into flash jump is pretty need, they are quite strong. If you're all about mobility, try Wind Archers. Still pretty strong, they have flash jump and can flash jump upwards aswell as Windwalk which allows you to teleport on ground and in midair.

No, I have a knuckle-based Thunder Breaker already, I feel like a Shade would be redundant. If it turns out he's good, i'll just transfer the non-binded gear from my TB to him.[/quote]
Different class, they both use knuckle however they're nothing alike. Shade is a pirate when it comes to equips so unlucky for you, your cannoneer's equips just went up
