Inner Ability Question

So I recently got crit % on my Inner Ability and reset it locking both Inner ability at Legendary and the crit % line. After I reset it, the crit % line moved down from 2nd line to 3rd line... is that supposed to happen? o.o

You can lock any line you want. Order doesn't matter
So how do you plan on resetting your inner ability now since you won't be able to lock 3rd line, or are you going to stick with a crappy 2nd line?
Whatever %crit you got and it moved down, it is a good thing. So keep locking it if you don't wanna lose it.
Try aim for useful first line and something decent for 2nd
Did it stay at the same %? Because if it did... lower lines are supposed to be lower tiers (apparently). So what happened is actually a good thing
Yes it did stay at the same % but I'm just scared it'll disappear even after I lock the line.
