I'm not a computer expert by any means but I recently went through building a computer of my own so I know a little bit here and there. Here are some suggestions I have.

1. You don't really need an i7, especially an unlocked one, unless you plan on doing heavy video editing and that sort of thing along side your streaming. An i5 would be fine. I also noticed you mentioned you don't plan to overclock, in which case you don't need to get an unlocked CPU. If you don't know what unlocked means, with the Intel Core i7-4790K processor, the "K" means it's unlocked.
2. You will want an aftermarket CPU cooler. The stock one that comes with the CPU is pretty terrible.
3. ASRock motherboards are generally pretty good, but I wouldn't suggest going with a micro atx motherboard, as you'll be pretty limited with what you can do with it.
4. 16gb isn't really necessary for just gaming and streaming. Just get a single 8gb stick for now and if you ever feel like 16gb is a necessary, you can always buy a second.
5. SSD, HDD, and GPU are all fine, though I would go with something from MSI or Gigabyte for the GPU instead. Just a personal preference.
6. Pick out a cheaper case. You can get something in the $40-60 range that will do just fine.
7. Dropping the PSU for something in the 600-650w Gold Certified range might be a good move. I would get something fully-modular as well for ease of access.
8. I would suggest this wireless card instead. I use the same one and it's worked out perfectly so far.

Edited in my suggestions: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/jP8bHx
Saved you about $140 with little to no performance lost. Once you change the case that'll be another ~$60 saved, at least.

I'm assuming you changed it after the last comment? Ok, so everything's fine (Don't worry the H440 is a good case and you don't have to worry the GPU, its fine.)

Edit: You may want to consider the NZXT S340 for a cheaper case

1. the ASRock H97M PRO4 Micro ATX LGA1150 Motherboard is a tiny mainboard and states that it supports Supports AMD Quad CrossFireX and CrossFireX which is complete bs because there is only two very small PCI-E 2.0 (not 3.0) slots on the board, also it has support for CrossFire and probably doesn't have decent support for SLI

2. 1600MHZ Kingston RAM not that good either the GSKILL 1600MHZ 7-8-7-7-24 ~ 1866MHZ with low timings would be a better alternative, but the mainboard your getting doesn't support anything higher than 1600MHZ without an overclock and or bios update

3. EVGA 970GTX not good as well because those cards have like one fan on it, which is a nightmare when it comes to cooling and overclocking, get a MSI or ZOTAC which is confirmed to have 4GB VRAM and triple fans and not 3.5GB VRAM

4. the NZXT H440 doesnt have a properly working front panel USB 3.0 which is gonna piss you off in the long run, and cable management is no good because the cables are very short behind the mainboard

5. EVGA SuperNOVA NEX 750W 80+ Bronze PSU would be fine until you decided to SLI.. then you would hear nothing but electricity rippling.. totally not safe get a Corsair certified gold/platinum brand

5/10..

The case is designed for water cooling and is way too big for your micro atx mobo. With an intel stock cooler, the case is complete overkill. For the ssd, I would go with an 850 evo 248 gb over the pro for double the space at the same price with very little decrease in performance. The wifi adapter might cause your graphics card to run 8x rather than at full bandwidth. Also live streaming over wifi is not as stable compared to ethernet. If I wanted to take advantage of the gigabit NIC I would just use ethernet.
