I will be connecting this laptop too my TV and inputting a keyboard and mouse. Basically like. If you still need help, I wouldn't mind walking you through computers in general, what to buy, and where.
Your best friend is youtube when it comes to this stuff.
Especially "LinusTechTips", or "NCIX". Try those. If you have anymore questions, just come back and ask here.

Last post be4 I sleep and mobile ,
Obviously you want to purchase all the necessary parts. Focus most $$ on gpu then cpu. Don't forget peripherals like ssd monitor keyboard mouse. You can build it yourself or you can get it built by memexpress for example. Gl and do plenty of research. Last of all check out other sites, I wouldn't recommend basil for PC help in the future

Newly released doesn't mean its super pricey. There are plenty of budget , mid range and high end cards being released all the time. 1500$ budget is enough for a mid-high end card :^)

@nanabanana don't people use NewEgg, and PCPartPicker across all regions? I'm looking too buy it online.
Next year in the spring? You're way too early to be looking at builds. Many new parts will be released and prices will also drop. Half a year is quite a long time.

could also try copying a build that's similar to your budget.
How about a desktop? For 1,500? Like if I were too build one or use some sort of service too build it for me? @nanabanana
If you were to build one though having no practical experience in it- expect to have some bad time as you can find your desired gfx card, but then realizing you need a stronger mother board, etc etc leading to endless confusion.

I suggest you first to try seek for some labs around your area to consult with on building a pc and getting an estimated price- pay for their service and get your comp, it is the easy way.
As I said though, I am not from your region- so I don't know the prices much, but I guess getting a:
AMD cpu with min 3.4/5 ghz and a min quad core [6 core if it is not expensive] and a motherboard possibly DDR3 competent with min 5gb/s frame sata, gfx of ddr5, a split RAM [min 4gb*2] but combined is fine as well and correspondent case, cooler, power supply etc.

You need all pieces to fit together, so I still suggest going to a lab or someone from your area that can guide you through- make sure to tell them you need a good fps upholding and mostly a middle end gaming pc.

Assuming this is your budget it would be pretty easy to max out lol settings [I don't play it myself but looking at the game requirement min is fairy easy to max at this price], I suggest you get a quad core and not a dual one, I am not really sure what stores you have where you're living so I can only suggest you to look for a laptop with a quad core cpu, it will be able to max out lol but lets say... not high demanding gfx programs [idk what your college work is]. Other than that, just look around for similar settings for the rest of the specs keeping the quad core in mind and reference to fps performance.
