i have a level 30 Core equipped when im level 101?

yeah uhhh i'm not sure if this is just some glitch/bug that was ignored, but after the world alliance between Bellocan and Nova, i logged on my Jett to do some hardcore training. but when i looked at my equipment that i am currently equipping, i noticed that i have a level 30 Core when i'm supposed to have a level 70 Core. strange enough, i had a level 70 Core BEFORE the world alliance. i did ALL quests related to Jett up till the level 80 one (where you have to get the Matter Disassembler).

i'm just wondering if
-anyone having this problem regardless of world alliance updates?
-anyone having this problem after the recent world alliance update? -
did i somehow skip a quest? if so, what is the quest title?
