UE is it one per account or cygnus?
Can anyone confirm if UE's are one per account or one per lvl 120 cygnus.
Spadow had been asked before by someone and he said it was one per account, but later he changed his mind and said he thinks it might be one per cygnus.
Looking for someone who possibly has 2 lvl 120 cygnus to confirm

I'm almost tempted to level 2 cygnus to 120 just to find out =P
nexon said that if you delete your UA, you must make another cygnus to get another UA, but no confirmation that you can or can't get 2 UA's at the same time
