I used to buy NX with PayPal long time ago. Then I moved to PayByCash but one day I didn't want to buy 10K NX for a few accounts so I used PayPal to get 5K NX on different accounts (which wasn't allowed, only one PayPal account per Maple Account, but it should be okay if the transactions aren't done within a short time). Then I received an e-mail about that my account got blocked from playing MapleStory because of illegal multiple transactions. However none of my accounts got even blocked, so that was weird too. I contacted them and they weren't giving me any clear answers either. They said that they would let me use my PayPal again but it's still blocked, I don't buy NX anymore so it doesn't matter to me. They also said there was no PayPal account linked to my Maple account. And they told me to consider this as an e-mail that got sent wrong.
lol i got billing banned on my old acc and I never even bought nx using paypal lol. It will definitely take them a hell lot of time to respond, and I heard that you have to pay them to get your acc back. I never got mine back because they never responded or maybe I missed the email, but good luck to you :^)
You will need a while for billingpp to respond. All determined by a Sr GM, and getting in contact is harder then a ticket reply, nexon did that to me few months back, oardholder or pp transaction alerted auto-drawback. not really a ban its their side and blocking any paying player not even for breaking rules, kinda criminal gl
@slashingpain: How long did it take for them to respond to your ticket? and if it was a chargeback, do i buy karma koins to pay the balance owed?
This has happened to me before. So possibly credit card or paypal did a charge back so nexon will let you log into the website and make you pay them back but with NX.
I tried live chatting them and they said they will just contact the billing section to review my ticket and they wouldn't tell me what I did
Billing? I think that means a charge back was done linking to that account. I could be wrong, ask the live chat gm.
