Maple hanging and stuttering

Just in these last 1 or 2 days my maple started acting up really badly. Just after leaving a period of internet disconnection problems, now my maple stutters while I'm on. Along with the lag the music stutters really badly and sounds terrible. It affects my itunes and other stuff too.

Is there anyway to stop this stuttering? I have no idea what could've started this because I haven't done anything I know of that would cause this stuttering.

The Task Manager solution makes it more bearable but I keep getting dced either way. Trying to find a fix to that, anyone have a solution to frequent disconnections?
Black Cipher is on the fritz again. It helped a little bit to set priority of BC to low and make it so it can only use one cpu (open up task manager, show processes from all users, go to BC's process, set priority to low, and then set affinity to one cpu).

Of course, that didn't completely remove the lag spikes. It did, however, make them much more bearable. Also, if you're not an Admin on your computer this is not a solution for you.
MY cpu spikes from ~10% to around 100%, which isn't supposed to happen, perion. Maplestory is a very low tier game in terms of graphics so, it shouldn't go above 20% unless you have either a computer from 2001 or multiple programs at the same time ( seriously, the only thing I can think of which will bring it up to 20% is about 30-40 tabs on Chrome, adobe Photoshop + flash + illustrator on at the same time).

Also thanks for the tip, it reduces stuttering down to a minimal 1-2 sec lag.

i started getting this as well, it doesn't just lag maple, it lags the whole computer. It goes away once you close maple, think it has someting to do with ciph3r

Well, at least I can take comfort in knowing others are struggling with this. This makes listening to music and mapling at the same time unbearable.

I've had this problem before too, but it seemed to sort itself out after I virus scanned my laptop. The problem did return however, and I almost broke my laptop trying to resolve it.

Oh thank god, I thought it was my new laptop causing the spikes.

@Momijii: I totally did not read your post in this thread xD But thanks for the solution though, made it 95% better! The music thing is a bit annoying but bearable now that I can play properly

I just thought it was moderately amusing that I had posted it not too many posts above you. I had assumed you had no intention of stealing since you didn't take ownership of it.
There is a small solution given in the other thread about this topic but I'll post it here as well.
