Where should I go?

Hello, I am [b]thinking[/b] about moving to a new server. Gali has been good to me but frankly im tired of seeing the same IGNs. I want to know what servers are good to migrate to. I do not want to go to a new server to feel like I dont know anything about the place. I want to know the good guilds with good rep (no scamming players, no ks war starters, etc) so I can join one and the bad guilds with the bad rep so I can avoid. I will add the people who convince me to join their server. New friends = <3

I will be moving this character a lvl 200 so I can get some decent equips items and fairy blessing for my next character. I am a bossing/pq person also. Gali lacks on those areas unless youre connected to a group of people who FEELS like bossing. This makes the game pretty much lame after you hit lvl 200.
