Evan Attack Speed
I've noticed Evans attack really quickly; is it possible for a Evan to hit speed cap with 'slow' weapon such as the Level 130 Ele. Wands?
What is the slowest attack speed available that Evans can still reach speed cap with?
I'm just wondering because Evans look interesting enough to play if I ever have time to try them out.

@Satharis: Good point.
@Satharis Neither is pointing your staff/wand at an enemy and telling a dragon "go get em boy". Not too magical =p
So i wouldn't see a difference in attack speed between a Ele. Staff (103) compared to a Ele. wand (130)?
