Attendance Check Question
I was wondering, if I did the attendance check on one character in my account, can I do it the next day on a different character?
Also, can I receive the gift on a different character than the one I completed the quest on?

You can, I'm not 100% sure but as long as you did not complete the quest yet, you can still get it on your other character but you would need to re-do the quest from the beginning on another character.
The answer to both questions would be yes.
