Using Arrow Key for Skills
So I recently started maining my Kaiser, and have a few questions about using the arrow key commands.
Up until now, I didn't even know there was an advantage to using the arrow keys and have been hard-casting all skills. But apparently using the arrow keys recovers HP while using skills? So whenever I look at my menu, I only see the commands for my 4th job skills- meaning I can only use the arrow commands for those skills. Is this correct? Also, does this mean I should hotkey skills such as wingbeat?

You pretty much can use the arrow key skills from your job. Older skills are essentially replaced (as they are not as effective... for the most part). Also, the arrow key versions of skills fill your transform gauge faster... I don't know about health. It's not a bad idea to keep a couple of skills on your layout for times your gauge is full or if you're in transformed state. For example, Wing Beat and Giga Slash are very useful to have on a key when you're transformed so you can just use them at any moment.
You're able to change the skills just like you set them on your keyboard
Just click on them in the skill window and drag them onto the box with 'arrowkey skills'
