The staff should run for at least 8b, if not close.

Wait I just checked out that picture, no way this is true, all those LGRS? I call bee-ess, Also the staff would be like uh 1b idk, the demand on elestaffs are not high atm. It's nice though.
EDIT** I just noticed it was 319 m.atk and not 219, whoa. It's worth a lot, not exactly sure how much.
