Phantom Tempest
Didn't know where to post this since im banned for nothing on the ms forums and can't post in the bug forums
It seems phantoms tempest is not doing damage for the last half of it it does damage fine at first then even when it says its doing damage it doesn't as tested on some monsters
Someone post this in the ms bug forums!

Yeah... I noticed it when I was doing EVO... the skill eventually stops killing the monsters, but still registers hits and damage (without their health going down).
Mind you, Mille Aquiles and Penombre pretty much fill in for most situations until you max Tempest anyways...
Don't use Auto-Draw. It messes up Tempest.
@Lynerus: Sorry then. I don't know what the problem is then. All I noticed was that when it was level 20, it glitched, but at level 30 it's fine for me.
