Have finally achieved one of my goals in maple, to solo zakum alone. This was as not as easy as pre-bb(I pulled it off with a lot of party support back then), mainly because of the auto aggro system being fixed so Zak would spam 1/1 and skill lock(so damn annoying!) Even if it may not be extraordinarily fast or I may not have a godly range, but I'm just happy to have achieved what I had and I want to share that with everyone. Oh, and by the way I do not have enrage at all(gonna put power stance to 20 next level and start working on enrage).

I had chance attack active on the screen, so keep that in mind(i have no 30%boss damage either)

Oh, that's not at all what I meant. 40% of your main stat is quite an accomplishment already, and TS should be proud of reaching that point. I just find it so bland to continuously see thirty-second runs by people who treat bossing like some sort of race. It's meant to be somewhat of a challenge, and that's what makes it fun.

@MachFire: Exactly. It burns more pots but it'll give you a faster time. It'll also help you have have a pet with auto hp.

Spear and Pole-Arm multiplier are much higher so you cannot compare the range of a spear to that of a 1-handed sword.

Also, I didn't tank because I'm still using my old computer(gaming one coming in the mail ) which lags a lot. I will probably cut a lot off my time if I try tanking, based on what I've heard(i could only attack half the time with seal and 1/1). On the subject of magic crash, I tend to use a few seconds after zakum casts magic seal. I have a feeling timing may be off so can somebody help me with that?
Isn't this a bit slow? At a 24k range I managed to do it in 25 mins on my 157 hero without Enrage. I stood in the body all the time (which really helps with 1/1 and seal) and are you using magic crash properly?
Well the thing is I only had lvl 18 power stance in that screen(i have 20 now) so it would have been pretty frustrating to do it. But, I will try tanking zakum and see how well i do comparatively.

It's nice to see runs that aren't sped-through by overfunded players. This is how it's meant to be done.
