Finally a Shadower!
After quitting MapleStory several times, I returned 4 days ago, and got to 120. I recorded the advancement because I wanted to save the memory of my first ever 120.

Man Im not gonna lie.
Bandit was my first job and I made like 6bandits since then the thing is they are soo slow to level up =/
So then DB came and it seemed perfect, now Im going to play my DB and bandit both because of this thread and more
It was lv 45 now my bandt is 64 already

Yes, Secret Spell Scroll is all you need to job advance. I was going to get it before-hand, but I wanted to video the entire process.
im lvl 100 i get 32% 15 min with 1.2 at mp3 is that good? I want too get to 110 so i can go to LHC

I understand how you feel! I created this character in 2007 and it's now 2011! Finally 120! Just keep training if you really want 120! Good luck and have fun playing!

Go to El Nath, take the danger taxi and talk to the old man at the top. Go to Sharp Cliff 4, and take the top left portal. Taa daa! You are there. Keep going right until you see the first set of monsters, which is Crocky the Gatekeeper. Good luck and have fun training!

I created the character in 2007, and I quit for 3 years when I was like 40, then I came back this summer and got it up to 110 and it got boring again. Came back 4 days ago and it's now 120
in windia LHC is pretty empty, i thought every channel would be full, but only like 5 channels in the 1st map, and a few channels in the 4th maps are occupied, alot less then i thought there would be

As long as the party isn't full, they would definitely want you in the party. It's 50% bonus EXP for every party member inside the same map. Unless their stupid and don't want the 50%, they would party you.

In Bera, the first map of LHC usually only has 4 or 5 parties. Mostly empty because the higher levels occupy the 3rd and 4th map. You should at least check to see if its full or not.

Well, I leveled from 110 - 116 in around 6 hours, so I say it's still good

I trained at Captain and Krus from 100 - 110. Took 2 days, few hours for both days
Then trained at Lion Heart Castle, like you can see at the video, from 110 - 120 in another 2 days, 5 hours each day.
