Bought mine for 1b also =S but totally worth it xD since my range raise considerably , my previous equips were all only 3%dex, and Clean falcon set its better, but have to be the full set to get the most benefits, cause if you lack of 1 item is almost the same, or you could buy some 6-9% equips with the money that cost the cape and bow.

recipes are 50-60m but take 1b to make (Dream fragments x 200)
and falcon capes, i sawone for 600m! :o
but theyre usually 1b+
