What range to hit cap?
After reading through many of the Evan threads, it seems like a lot of Evans are able to hit max damage with Flame Wheel/Illusion Step/Blaze. I'm curious exactly what range and about how much funding it takes to be able to hit max damage with those skills. Right now, i'm 135, no magic mastery, no flame wheel, 1 illusion step, with a ~16k range and not even hitting 100ks per illusion step. xD Of course, i'm guessing magic mastery and max illusion step would help a lot?

isn't it like 100k range?
i hit 400k crits at 42k range so times so 100k would equal max?
i can hit max with eq and dark fog against special effective monsters at high 30ks
but yeah you need magic mastery and the hyperskills definitely help out.
also its just illusion not illusion step lol

I guess Magic Mastery does help quite a bit.
There's a video on the Mage section by Goates. It lists different type of ranges for people to see the damage they're hitting. BTW, this is Jason, from your guild ;p
