I have a quick question about the VL weapons/equips. Are they like Empress equips where they are tradeable until equipped or are they like zak helms where you must sok right at the get-go? Thanks!

They are like zhelms. When you buy it from Murt you'll have to Psok it to make it tradeable.
You are level 200 and do not know this? I am confused.
