Sorry, the lunch box is actually level 60. And nope, I haven't been there again since I got those drops on any other character.

Yes I did. My character was over level 200 and the lunchbox is level 80 if I remember correctly.
Lunch box, red umbrella, black paintbrush, emergency rescue tube, hinomaru fan, zhu ge liang wand, green ski, meso gunner, rock stick, scissor stick, bullseye board, luminous earth katara, trumpet and hook hand drops from Jesters.
Decided to check out some of the drops on my 18x Xenon. After about 10 minutes I've gotten the following from the Ghouls, Jack in the Box thingies and Twisted Jesters:
Frying Pan
Green Ski
Cupid's Bow
Hook Hand
Tiger Paw
Burning Marshmallow x2
Red Umbrella
Toy Rifle x2
Trumpet
Black Paintbrush
Obviously none of this stuff is particularly useful, but still kinda fun/neat.
Edit: Decided to check out Skeletons and Scarecrows
Other than the above, I got the Maple 1500 Anniversary Flag from Skeletons and a Luminous Earth Katara from Scarecrows. Also got a level 30 bow from Skeletons that I've never even heard nor seen-Reinforced Golden Chick
No, they just added a lot of use-to-be rare items to NLC drops.

That doesn't mean anything. Yes they updated the drops, Such as high leveled equipment being dropped instead of the level 50 equips or none. But the flags never dropped in the first place. It's like how the Aliens dropped VIP/ Unwelcome equipment, It was a exploit.

I killed toad boss and i saw like 30 equips fly out lol
....and you're upset why.
