Help needed with a Signature.
So here's the problem, I wanted to make a signature, so I did (this was awhile ago), by the way it's for League of Legends. So I made one half complete and now I can't seem to finish it. So I need help to finish it, like just adding my IGN and some cool graphical things.

Doesn't look like you took much time to make it, try not using stock effects, and try to create your own, ie. lightning,smudging, glares. usually turns out better.
when i try to do graphic arts it looks tacky

I thought of that too, but I kinda want to add my name and stuff and make it more appealing, finalized and proffessional, that's why I wanted someone to help.

This was when I hadn't touched Photoshop for 2 years and just wanted to try some stuff out. So I messed around and came across this.
I think I've lost my touch on photoshop, so it's kinda ehhh.
