Do I have a virus?

Whenever I'm on Basil, some of the windows keep getting redirected to some website (lemode-mgz.com) Is there anyway to stop this? I use google chrome and I own a windows 7 home premium laptop.

CCleaner does absolutely nothing against malware. It's not designed to.
It's a disk cleaner (which means it deletes old junk files that are just taking up space), it has nothing to do with finding or removing viruses, trojans, keyloggers or any other kind of malware.
If you're using CCleaner instead of a reliable anti-virus and anti-spyware program you're leaving your computer open to serious damage.

I had something like that a long long long time ago but I eventually figured it out myself and removed it. it was a browser hijacker malware and that sounds exactly like what I had

Maybe.

What you're describing is a class of malware called a browser hijacker which may or may not be bundled alongside other malware.

Here's a highly recommended free malware cleaning tool that reliably removes the annoying things you are describing. Note that it is is not designed nor intended to replace an antivirus program.

Get an anti virus and scan your computer. I can tell you for sure that you do have a virus.
