I need you Empress Blessing Help
Hey guys
So you know how when a Cygnus Knight is level 120, you receive the 24 skill points which are automatically allocated to Empress' Blessing, giving you that +24 atk and blah blah?
Well, heres something I noticed (Despite having a 120 dawn warrior on the same account): http://i.imgur.com/wXqLF.png
Why is there an option to increase it further? Did I miss something? Can Dawn Warriors level up higher now?
Whats up with that?

There was something in the Arkarium update that lets you raise Blessing to 30 if you do some quests on your 120 CK iirc.
