Hello! I am the co-owner of the guild lmpulse, that my wife and I lead. We are a very laid back guild, who is much more about community than anything else, but have all recently started increasing our range for end game bosses. The core of our guild, the most active members are 180+ with the majority being in the 200-210 area. There is no requirement for joining our guild then be fun, friendly and active. We are all about bringing back the community that this game had years ago, and you will find that our alliance is also very active with guilds such as Selective. We are a level 14 guild, so you also get that +4% scroll chance!
We are very understanding, and will not kick you if you have to be off for a few days. We hold guild events almost every month where you can win NX or mesos and do something fun with your guild. The last event we had was a scavenger hunt.
My wife and I have two children and are both full time students, so we are not normally on unless its early in the morning or late in the evening, but we have plenty of other awesome members which will make you wonder how you ever played this game without the guild name lmpulse under your character.

Hey! From your description, you seem to be perfect for the guild Tune. We were created about 3 months ago and are currently a thriving family with an average of 8 people on at all normal times. Sometimes it goes up to 15 during prime times. We boss daily and we have a few strong people who could carry you through bosses you might not be able to do.
