The potential is 4 luk per 10 levels.
EDIT: Well for me it's 4 luk, but you can choose wether you want another stat, or health, or +2 all stats.

this pendant is just nice for underfunded people. It is potential'ed but you can only choose certain lines and it is not cube-able. As for the MoN, if you're talking about the item you get from crimsonwood pq. I'm not sure if that item is ever an item worth having.
