Reverse Blindness Help

So i found a 86att 3dex Reverse Blindness Gun with 2 lines. (3%acc, 60+mp) for 166m, should i buy it and replace it for my 97att 3%dex Concerto for it or no?
I don't know anything about reverse weapons nor used one besides knowing how to lvl it up, so im a bit confused if the reverse gun will turn out better if i scroll it than my concerto or it wont.
