According to the Maplestory Official Forums, someone confirmed that there should be a buff. But i've heard that people haven't received the buff yet even with three of the pets in which they should be getting the 15 ma/wa buff. Hopefully they didn't change it considering you can no longer perm pets with the buff.
doesnt seem like it but the description is like "Equip to obtain the First Heroes skill, which will grow in power as you equip more First Heroes pets." either bugged or bad translation

I can confirm there is no buff. Source? I have all 3 pets. That would kind of be OP to have 3 perm pets and the attack buff.
