I am level 142 with 22k range, are there any bosses that are worth in exp or drops at my level and strength?

There's nothing that has good drops, but lady boss and normal zak is decent xp.
You can sell Big Foot leech, great exp and very profitable

Not much. You could probably do zak but it'd take you a while
