@juarmo: Yes, I already tried... I scrolled slowly about 9-10 times... Pretty sure I wouldn't miss is.

Have you tried scrolling part way down? like, make sure it only goes down one skill at a time? because there are THREE (maybe four) skills that won't show up when scrolled all the way up or down, and Haku's Blessing, Foxfire, Shadowbound Haku, Blessing of the Unseen, and Haku's Gift don't ACTUALLY appear in the window.
