I just Cog my tyrants. My belt got 10 attack off 2 scrolls.

Should have bought it pre-5 starred. If you have 5 star ees, use them, otherwise you're stuck with star force. Most people use spell traces these days, you can use CoGs if you feel like spending the extra coins/mesos.
Yolo Spell trace, yolo ee to 7 stars. starforce to 10. this method is for only those with balls.
