I fused a 60% scrolled Monkey Wrench with a clean Monkey Wrench.
The result was a clean Monkey Wrench with a 3 Lined Epic potential =D
Pretty sure. I fused two previously makered items (above average), fused them, and they became an average-stat version. It's useful for terribly scrolled items + underaverage, I guess.
