Star Force Destruction Chance

This is Nexon's image from their website showing what happens when enhancing. So what I gather is that all the way to 15 star, my chance to DESTROY my item is only 1%? Is that true?
I only care about destroying my item. I don't care if I will lose stars or anything else. Just want to know my chances of DESTROYING my item. This is using Star Force Enhancement, not regular scrolls.
Also, what is considered a "Superior" item. Is that Tyrants? I want to get my Fafnir Staff to 15 stars, is that considered Superior?

100m for 15 stars ehh try like 5bill for 15stars you have to take in account the odds that your stars will deflate back down and you be doing the same 11-13 stars over and over and over again due to the 30% sucess rate but the 70% star down rate if it fails

yah your right, i just did my gun and it was only like 200m for all the stars. The cape has cost me 1b for 5 -_-
Tyrants, Nova, and Helisium are superior.
And I think Tyrants are the only equipment with the words "Superior" written on them in this game (It's green)
