Here's what I would do:
1-10: Beginner quests
10-30: Flaming Mixed Golem
30-45: Mushroom Castle quests / CDs
45-60: Master Robo
60-80: Roids
80-100: Pirates / Aliens / MPE
100-140: Evolution Lab / MPE
140-165: DIPQ
165- 179: SH
179-194 (200): HoH
194-200+: Ancient Mixed Golems
