Hello people, I'm just wondering right now, how can I get these equips, I did the commerci quests, but now I don't know where to go or what to do

it seems that the bosses from the voyages(grosso polpo, the big dragon) drop those items
To be able to start the quests, you need to finish the Gollux questline.
You don't need to finish the Commerci questline, you need to the do the voyages at the trading posts.
