Wedding Invitations Not Working

Hey, guys!
I have a problem with wedding invitations and was wondering if anyone knows how to solve this little mystery.
I'm able to type out their ign, but apparently they don't receive it.
I have tried sending it to myself, and weirdly enough, it worked.
So why can't my invitees receive them?
They've told me that their use and etc have available slots too!
