Does everything max?
Does zero have to choose between maxing certain skills or does it all max out in the end? If so when does it all get maxed out?
Also a skill build if you know of one.

you max everything at lv200
as for skill build, keep both no-cd skills (moonstrike/raising slash) at lowest level possible, and save up skill points so you can dump them into skills whenever they are unlocked
