How Do You Use Decent skill nebs
Hey, my fellow maplers! it's my first time getting a decent skill neb so I was wondering how I use it? also I heard its better to put on an equipment for all classes thats tradable is this true? and does the buff go away once I change equipments? any help is appreciated

Well, you can use them on the specific equipments they require (Se neb only works on gloves and haste one only on boots), it is also better to put them in an item that all classes can use since if you don't find any use to it anymore you'd like to sell it or perhaps make another character ; but if you intend to keep it forever and stick only to one character then use it on your main equipment (gloves,boots,hat etc). You can use the skill, switch to another equipment and it will still be on, but you won't be able to use it again until you use the decent skill equip
You put it on a equipment, and then when you equip it, you can cast it
Yes it is better to put it on tradeable equips so you can move it through accounts or just sell it.
The buff doesn't go away if you equip something else, but once the buff "expires" (180 secs), you gotta rebuff by re-equipping
It should be in your skill tab. Check your beginner skills (you could macro it and then place it on a hotkey)
