Magician job help

Well I'm a mage fanatic! I love all the mage classes, but I really need help trying to find the mage class for me. Some background information:
I have a Level 150 Kanna, Level 147 Bishop ( I'll be willing to switch to another job) Level 153 Evan, Level 133 Luminous, Level 57 Noblesse ( My future Blaze wizard)
and a 130 Beast Tamer.

You can be as biased as you want; I want to know your opinions! Can you also list a pro and con with your opinion?

You won't lose any AP/SP/HP/MP I did it on my test character.
I don't understand why people think this way.

Don't you think that Nexon's already thought this through and has devised a way for the system to give you these stats back?
mages are pretty weak honestly. Besides evan they are all relatively weak bosser, mostly weak mobber, and terrible at dojo. fp is good at boss and luminous good at mobbing but yeah mage as a whole is below average. I am really looking forward to revamps I hear are coming in September and or 5th job.

Also mages get every single support class and the supports tend to have awful damage and solo boss ability. It is very depressing imo.

mage is overall probably the weakest bossing class. maybe in the middle mobbing wise or lower, and the worst at dojo.

I have plenty of mages of my own (Lumi, Evan, Kanna, Beast Tamer, and Bishop)

Pros of having Bishop: Pretty much the obvious. People adore you for your buff.
Cons of having Bishop: Not that strong of an attacker unless you fund it well.

Pros of having Evan: Great attacker and have wide variety of set skills. It's really not too bad for being unfunded to be honest. I love watching my dragon attack
Cons of having Evan: Well...I'm not fan of how weak the defense can be

Pros of having Lumi: Great Mobbers in maps. Gotta love the reflect during your 4th skill
Cons of having Lumi: Well...I can't think of too many cons or at least the obvious

Pros of having Kanna: It's really great. Don't have to worry about repots for mps area. Great attacker in my opinion. People will adore you for kishin
Cons of having Kanna: I have yet to find a complaint.

Pros of having Beast Tamer: I love the fact that you can switch animals around to your preference. Great attacker or great supporter for your PQ
Cons of having Beast Tamer: Hmm...I literally prefer the cat side for PQing (not too amazing with attacking). Bear is great attacker. Leopard is so so. Haven't seen Hawk being used in PQ. It's just when you level up, I guess you have to figure where you want to place your skill points

Well...This is my personal opinion. By the way, none of them are funded and I think I stated just the obvious from other people's opinion and me just agreeing to them. I have yet to try other mage classes but they just don't appeal to me as much
Why would you stop at 100.
Well I get bored of leeching, so I'll just save 4th job for training.
Should I train my noblesse to 100, because i have friends who are leveling links to 120; I can leech off of them?
Or do I invest my time in other things like gear? (I already have full reinforced set and full Mage CRA)
Why would you stop at 100.
