See, I can't really can't download from the official website unless there's a mirror link; I can't use Pando Media Booster. Pando Media Booster is a bandwidth killing MONSTER. A few months ago, I got mine by killing my bandwidth and I had to download on 1kb/s. It was hell and I refuse to walk that horrible HORRIBLE path again.
Chances are, nobody's gonna, but it's worth a shot.

@mido9: Leave it overnight downloading when most of the people in your house are sleeping.
@envenomed But how much bandwidth would it take in the process of downloading? (3hr or 4hr download)
You can uninstall pando media booster after downloading MS installer.
