I have over 100 + str with a base of 4 str. You can use str daggers if you're that funded. Adding str is not recommended though but you can if you want to. I mean, it's your "Story". Hahaha.
I recently started using str daggers. I've allocated no points into str, getting str from equips was far easier than i imagined
